Isn’t life just better when you can travel with your kids and enjoy it too? How about doing a simple thing to eliminate boredom for our little ones and actually have a fun trip?
As you may already know, my wife Jolene and I (together with our three daughters), run a Wanderlust Storytellers family travel blog.
That being said, we have traveled a tonne of times both domestic and international/intercontinental and we know exactly how fun some long road trips and or long flights can really be.
That is why I have created this travel journal for kids.

“My kids are stoked with the fun games and activities that they could do thanks to their journal. Not to mention, we are super happy with the peace and quiet that we now have on the back seat of our car when we travel. Our road trips are so much more enjoyable.”

“Man, my kids are happy, and am I. As a single dad traveling with two kids, it is hard sometimes to keep them entertained. Thanks to all the fun activities in this book, such as Treasure Hunts, we seem to have much more fun together. Loving traveling with my kids even more now. Thanks.”

If you already purchased the kids travel diary, you will know that this picture did not make it to the book, but thought to share it anyways to show you the first illustration. Yes, it was a work in progress.

Now we are talking. This one was definitely a step up from the previous, right?

And here we have the final illustrations for the kids travel diary:

Really super proud of this pics, even if they were initially a little out of my comfort zone. Yes, these are all watercolour paintings and I normally play with acrylics only.
Hope you like these.
